Founded by alumnus of IIM Indore and incubated at BioNest (Univ of Hyderabad incubator cell), the core team boasts of 100+ years of execution experience. Passionate about agriculture and technology, Grus and Grade started off as a Business Consulting and Research company.

We engage in research projects which aim to understand and address the pressing issues at bottom of the pyramid and our solutions are aimed at creating a sustainable and healthy society.

In the first 18 months, which we spent in rural India spread across six different states of India, we interacted with and understood the problems of 1000+ stakeholders in the agriculture supply chain.

Thus was born UpajGuru, a full-suite of services and reimagined the agriculture supply chain.
UpajGuru uses AI, blockchain and IoT to offer a full suite of solutions for farmers - taking care of their input material needs, plugging farm management gaps and ensuring greater access to finance and market prices to help the farmers produce more, spend less and earn more!
